Past the front door is a working butcher shop selling dry-aged steaks, house sausage and cured coppa, and only a glass-walled aging room hung with meat and charcuterie separates it from the dining room. In the middle of that room, dinner roasts over an open fire pit and an asador, with leather banquettes, copper and pink marble around it. The menu is à la carte, with a steak list from the butchers and a pre-theatre menu, and walk-ins are welcome. Curtis Stone and his brother Luke opened it in 2016, in a 1920s building on Sunset.
