The ground floor of The Valorian, the Sunset Strip hotel that was the Mondrian until 2026, holds this restaurant in the space that used to be Asia de Cuba. Most tables are outside, under rope-and-thatch pergolas and a retractable glass roof, with fire features and a long view over the city. The kitchen cooks from the Mexican coast: aguachile verde, sea bass tacos, a salt-baked branzino that arrives flaming. DJs play every night alongside live musicians, and the lights drop and the volume rises as the evening goes on.
