Jeon are fried behind a big window where you can watch, and the buckwheat noodles for the Pyongyang-style naengmyeon, served cold in a clear beef broth, are made in-house. The grill menu is five dry-aged cuts on gold-rimmed smokeless grills, with servers trimming the galbi, but plenty of tables skip it for soy-marinated raw crab, galbitang or a set with pollock-roe steamed egg and tofu stew. Seating is big green booths plus two private rooms. It opened in 2025 in the old Ombu Grill space at Western and Fourth, reviving the name of a Gangnam restaurant that closed in 2019.
