The bar at this Magnolia Park cantina stocks more than 85 tequilas, along with small-batch mezcals and house margaritas. Carlos and Patricia Rivera took it over in 2011. Before them the spot on Magnolia Boulevard went by Taco Town, Anna's and Joselito's, among other names, and the owners date a Mexican kitchen here to the late 1960s. Inside there are leather booths, painted murals and TVs, and the patio has heaters. Red pozole, chile verde and ceviche tostadas lead the menu, alongside egg plates like huevos con machaca and chilaquiles, and tacos are on special every Tuesday.
