The corner of Third and Hobart was Don Day for years; Yerim took over the room and runs it as all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue, with a parking lot out front. You pick one of the set menus and cook at the table grill. Brisket, LA short rib, beef tongue, pork cheek, garlic pork belly and marinated squid are on the list, and the sides include steamed egg, a potato pancake and bean paste stew.
