Soho House West Hollywood

Above Sunset Boulevard, the rooftop garden at Soho House West Hollywood looks out at the Hollywood Hills, alongside a 50-seat screening room and a wine-heavy restaurant downstairs. Nancy Silverton designs a special dinner menu each evening on top of the regular Californian dishes and wood-fired pizzas. It's members-only, reviewed quarterly by committee, though the bar upstairs is where most people actually end up, working through a well-made gin martini as the sun goes down.
