Ugo

Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta and gelato made in-house have been the menu at this Cardiff Avenue restaurant in downtown Culver City since 2002, and it's the one Ugo whose pizza is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The dining room is dark wood and travertine. Attached next door, the Lounge at Ugo opened in 2022 as the evening half: a candlelit brick room built around a marble bar in the middle, with booths, a string-lit patio, spritzes and cocktails, and the same pizzas out of the wood-burning oven.
