European flowers hang in a canopy over the dining room, which fills the old Conservatory space on Santa Monica Boulevard. The name is the forest from As You Like It, and the restaurant comes from the team behind Paris Tokyo by AZAI Sushi, who ran a cafe kiosk on the front patio before taking the whole address. Behind the dining room sits Rideau, a Parisian-style bar of martinis and champagne by the glass, open Thursday through Saturday, 8 to midnight, walk-ins fine under six people.
