This Brentwood dining room used to be Jemma di Mare, a seafood restaurant, until the kitchen found guests weren't ordering the fish and swapped in the menu from Ospi's original Venice location instead. The same spicy rigatoni and a crispy fried provolone pull carry over, though the room runs more buttoned-up than its beachside original. Weekend lunches come with a spritz cart rolling through the dining room, and the restaurant doesn't take cash.
