A tiny wraparound bar and a handful of tables make up the dining room at this La Cienega sushi spot. A daily specials board changes with what's fresh, and the kitchen dropped its formal omakase years back, though sitting at the bar and asking the chefs what's good off that board gets close to the same thing. The chirashi bowl piles on cuts of salmon, whitefish and albacore, and a spicy yellowtail roll finished with tempura crumbs is a regular order.
