Parke Meek and Susan Lieberman opened this shop on Main Street in the mid-1970s, filling it with the scientific instruments, gears, robots, and sci-fi props Meek had collected since childhood in Indiana. Pieces from the shelves have dressed sets for The Prestige, Batman and Robin, Van Helsing, and The Artist, and Lieberman, who took the shop over alone after Meek died in 2010, still picks every item herself. It keeps short hours, Friday through Sunday, and opens by appointment the rest of the week.
