Tomo Takahashi, founder of Jinya Ramen Bar, built this 24-seat hand roll counter in Culver City. The nori comes from Fukuoka's Ariake Sea, wrapped around salmon and bluefin tuna, while the kushiyaki runs to A5 Miyazaki wagyu charred over coals. Wraparound seating puts diners across from the chefs working the counter. The menu adds set and bento options for anyone not staying to eat at the bar.
