Hand-rolled sourdough bagels here split the difference between Montreal and New York styles, chewy on the outside and pillowy within, at this counter-service shop on Ocean Park Boulevard. Toppings run from classic lox and cream cheese to lemon zest, chili flakes, PB&J and hummus, with a Laika bagel piled in smoked salmon and capers and a Pre-Jam topped with seasonal fruit and honey. Lines build on weekends, and there is no table service or reservations.
