Chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, who worked together at the tasting-menu restaurant Trois Mec before it closed, opened this sandwich shop a block from the Manhattan Beach pier as their second location after Santa Monica. The menu runs on a crackly, soft-centered focaccia, sliced into whole or half portions for cold sandwiches like the muffaletta and hot ones like the Reuben and Cuban, plus a weekend breakfast menu. Patio seating here is larger than at the original location.
