A glass box of a sandwich shop on Montana Avenue bakes its own bread daily, landing somewhere between focaccia and ciabatta with a crust that holds a shine. Sandwiches run about ten deep and come close to the size of a laptop, so a half order works fine solo. The muffuletta stacks shaved mortadella with an orange-spiked olive salad, and hot specials rotate through the week. Owners Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder both cooked at Trois Mec before opening this one.
