Twenty taps rotate through this Torrance brewpub, poured across a long bar under high ceilings and exposed wood in what used to be a plain strip-mall storefront. The kitchen runs its own 10-barrel brewing system and leans on a wood-burning oven and a smoker for most of the menu, turning out an ash-roasted beet salad, a burger with crispy potatoes, and key lime pie for dessert. A second outpost a few blocks over, called the Ditch, pours beer without a kitchen attached. Dress is casual and there's a parking lot out back.
