Turquoise Restaurant

Hameed Fatemi opened this Riviera Village restaurant around 2009, naming it simply for the color he liked. He also shot the photo that spans the wall behind the tables, a yoga circle of people from different countries gathered on a rooftop in Santorini. The kitchen makes its own yogurt and hummus and works through sirloin or tofu kebabs, Greek salads and Italian paninis, alongside organic tea, coffee and fresh juices. A saffron, pistachio and rosewater ice cream comes from the same kitchen.
