Windows line the surf-side dining room at King Harbor, angled so the waves break close enough to watch from the table, a design in place since 1969. The kitchen works through mac nut-crusted mahi, Alaskan king crab and prime rib, finishing with a hot chocolate lava cake. A happy hour runs at the bar Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 pm. The location has picked up a Diners' Choice award for its seafood and its view of the breakwall.
