Palos Verdes Stables

Trail rides at this equestrian center in Palos Verdes Estates go out in hourly blocks from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., pairing riders of any experience level with one of the stable's own horses for a route through the hills above the South Bay. No previous riding experience is required, and staff match each rider to a horse before heading out. Between the two main rings, a shaded gazebo lets family and friends watch lessons, and a small recreation room with a television gives kids somewhere to wait. The stable also runs pony camps, birthday parties, and sunset rides for groups of up to ten.
