A pop-up pizza operation that ran out of an unmarked van during the pandemic became this 4th Street storefront in 2022. The dough ferments for five days before becoming 14-inch pies, including the LBC, a cheese pizza topped with fennel sausage, pepperoni cups and dots of ricotta, and The Heights, a thin, foldable bar pizza best eaten hot from the oven. A handful of bistro tables sit inside, though most orders go the takeout route, sold daily from noon until the dough runs out.
