Staff grill the meat instead of leaving it to guests at this table-cooked barbecue spot, built into a former Korean spa building on Sixth Street. Two Navia robots, deployed since 2022, roll trays of banchan, soup and cuts of meat across the dining room, patio and ramps to speed up service during the rush. It isn't an all-you-can-eat spot; combination sets bring bean paste stew, bulgogi soup and a sizzling plate of cheese and corn instead.
