Perched atop the Delphi Hotel in downtown LA, ÜCA turns its rooftop into something like a Tulum resort, with woven lampshades, palm fronds and a pool deck facing the skyline. The kitchen leans Yucatan, and queso fundido with longaniza arrives bubbling from a wood oven alongside agave-forward cocktails like an avocado oil-washed paloma. A jazz act plays the rooftop every Thursday starting at 8pm. Reservations run through Resy, with the room staying open past midnight Thursday through Saturday.
