A corner of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown LA holds this restaurant, done up like a Rio pool party. Chef Arturo Flores works a Brazilian and Latin American menu that runs from shrimp empanadas and truffle fondue to a whole grilled branzino and tomahawk steaks, with live DJs and fire performances building through the night. Happy hour runs Wednesday through Sunday, 4 to 7pm, with deals on appetizers and wine. Dinner service after 5pm is 21 and up, with a smart-casual dress code.
