Sisters Heather Golden Ray and Jenny Engel, the pair behind Spork Foods, opened this plant-based counter in Culver City in 2023. The menu runs to non-GMO warm bowls, salads and tacos, including a Hot Sesame Chicken Bowl built on grilled plant-based chicken. It's fast-casual: order at the counter or set up pickup and delivery rather than expect table service, and it's open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
