A separate room behind Sugarfish's Beverly Hills location holds this sushi bar, reached past the host stand toward the back of the restaurant. Ten seats wrap the sushi counter for a 20-course omakase of nigiri, sashimi and handrolls, with no menu to choose from. Chef Jay Sada took over the kitchen in 2025 after founding chef Osamu Fujita retired. Reservations are required and each seating runs on a set schedule.
