Sushi Note Omakase

Reached by driving down the parking garage's valet ramp, this sushi counter sits below the Rodeo Collection shopping center, its 16-seat dining room done up like a finished basement, with family photos, books and knickknacks on the shelves in place of the usual polish. The twenty-course omakase leans on nigiri, including a dry-aged section, plus a handroll and wine pairings poured through the two-hour seating. Seats are at the counter or a table. Nightly seatings run at 6 and 8pm, reservations required.
