CUT by Wolfgang Puck

Richard Meier, the architect behind the Getty Center, designed this all-white dining room inside the Beverly Wilshire, with an open kitchen at its center and a skylight positioned to catch moonlight. John Baldessari pieces from Wolfgang Puck's own collection hang on the walls. Meat is presented tableside before cooking, from Japanese wagyu to a bone-in ribeye aged 21 days, and the menu closes with a bone marrow flan and a dark chocolate soufflé. Puck himself is known to stop by tables when he's in the building.
