
A former Jiang Nan Spring chef now runs the kitchen at this Beverly Hills space, which replaced the short-lived 88 Club on Santa Monica Boulevard. Its Chinese and Chinese-American menu is broader than its predecessor's, running from mapo tofu and salt-and-pepper shrimp to General Tso's chicken, crab rangoon, and a whole lobster for the table.
