An elevator inside the Rodeo Collection shopping center drops down to a room built to look like a family-run restaurant on the Mexican coast, with worn wrought-iron chairs softened by pillows and handmade pottery. Every booth hides a call button on the wall that signals the server for a round of tequila. The kitchen serves carnitas, branzino and a wasabi-spiked guacamole, and regulars have included Mario Lopez and investor Ryan Phillippe.
