Sushisamba

Eleven thousand square feet of rooftop sit atop a building in the West Hollywood Design District, under a retractable roof. Views stretch to the Hollywood Hills and the Pacific Design Center, and DJs and samba dancers work the room through dinner. The menu crosses Japanese sushi with Brazilian churrasco and Peruvian ceviche off the robata grill; tables at prime hours vanish within hours of booking, but the bar and lounge take walk-ins and serve the full food menu.
