The restaurant sits at the Fairmont Miramar, where chef Yousef Ghalaini, who grew up learning to bake in his grandfather's oven in Lebanon, runs the kitchen. He cooks Mediterranean dishes over a wood-burning oven visible from the entrance, including a bread balloon, charred octopus and pizzas topped with fig. The covered patio stays bright with natural light, and at 5pm the entire menu is half off.
