Rustic Canyon

Founder Josh Loeb started this Wilshire Boulevard spot in 2006 after hosting monthly dinners at his family's home in the canyon it's named for. Executive chef Elijah DeLeon, who stepped up after Jeremy Fox's 13-year run ended in 2025, builds the seasonal menu around what the Santa Monica Farmers' Market has that week. Regulars post up at the bar for a solo meal or a plate of vegetables that once earned the restaurant a Michelin star, held from 2019 to 2022. Happy hour in the bar and lounge is walk-in only.
