The abalone porridge is the same recipe served since opening day, alongside USDA Prime beef, dry-aged pork, and banchan made fresh daily. Tables sit under loud overhead vents on the third floor of Koreatown Plaza, where servers grill beef belly and ribeye tableside and the acoustics turn dinner into an echo chamber.
