A rooftop spot at The Sun Rose Hotel in West Hollywood, opened in 2026 to the left of the pool under chef Grace Dong, an LA-raised cook who trained at Soho House. The kitchen calls its style Coastal Pacific, working Peruvian ceviche, Japanese bincho grilling and Hawaiian flavors into one menu, with a raw bar up front and a 28-ounce bone-in wagyu ribeye and wood-fired lobster further in. The deck looks out over the Sunset Boulevard skyline, and reservations release one month at a time through Resy.
