Wabi on Rose

This sushi spot rebuilt on Rose Avenue after a 2018 fire destroyed its original Abbot Kinney location. Pink neon and hanging glass chandeliers light the dining room, and rolls arrive topped with black truffle, caviar and edible gold leaf under names like "gangster sauce." The bar pours a lychee martini among its cocktails, and the room stays busy through the evening with happy-hour crowds, dates and friend groups.
