Chef Sandra Cordero, who spent childhood summers on her family's farm in Galicia, opened this Spanish tapas bar in a 1926 Art Deco building downtown, with a mezzanine looking down over the dining room. Family photographs from the farm hang alongside a wall covered in real scallop shells, a nod to La Toxa. The kitchen runs pintxos and conservas through farmers'-market vegetables and meats grilled over charcoal, backed by a bar pouring more than 200 Spanish wines and rare sherries and vermouths. A rotating wine flight runs Wednesdays from 3 to 7pm.
