The rooftop restaurant sits above the Santa Monica Proper Hotel, with a circular bar, an indoor lounge, a garden terrace, and a sundeck built around the pool, all facing the Pacific. The kitchen calls its Mediterranean and California menu free of seed oils, serving small plates alongside boutique wines and cocktails. Poolside service brings food and drinks out to the sundeck during the day, and the space takes on a rattan-and-palm-frond look after dark as the circular bar fills up.
