Fortune House carves a whole Peking duck tableside, skin shattering like candy, with a tin of steamed bao buns on the side; order it and the kitchen throws in the legs and back meat, sliced and served in their own drippings to eat like ribs. The rest of the menu runs to soy-sauce-tinged chow mein, orange peel chicken and siu mai the size of tangerines.
