Sun Ha Jang serves almost nothing but duck, in three preparations: sliced, strips, or spicy marinated. The sliced breast comes to the table raw on a platter and gets pan-cooked by the server, then rolled into lettuce with marinated onion and radish. At the end of the meal, the kitchen fries rice in the duck fat left in the pan. It's open Tuesday through Saturday, with last call at 7:30.
