Apollonia's Pizzeria

Apollonia's has turned out thin, crackery-crust pizzas from this Wilshire Boulevard storefront since 2012, in a space too small for more than a customer or two waiting on an order. Ask off-menu for the square pie, a 10-by-14-inch pan pie with an inch-thick, crunchy crust and a spongey, light interior. There's no dining room, so plan on taking the box to the car or home.
