The Marina del Rey outpost of HiHo grinds its own grass-fed, grass-finished Wagyu beef daily, cuts fries from whole potatoes, and bakes its buns with locally milled flour. Weekend mornings bring the BurriHo, a breakfast burrito stuffed with Wagyu pastrami, eggs, melted cheese, slow-cooked onions and fries, served 9 to 11 on Saturdays. Seating spills both indoors and out along Admiralty Way, and validated parking in the Boardwalk lot covers 90 minutes.
