The Bluewater Grill

The restaurant fronts King Harbor, with a patio that has its own fire pit and a view over the sailboats docked out front. Bring in a fish you caught yourself and the kitchen will cook it to order, a holdover from the restaurant's opening in 2001. Bluewater runs its own boat out of Redondo Beach to bring in fish straight from the Pacific, and most of the menu carries Aquarium of the Pacific or Monterey Bay Aquarium sustainability certification. Happy hour runs weekdays from 3 to 6.
