Brothers Dario and Pietro Gallo brought their Calabrian restaurant to Hillhurst Avenue as a second location after opening the original in San Diego. The menu bills itself as the first Italian-vegan menu in the US, running on pomodoro sauces and vegan cheese alongside standard dishes like a grilled branzino with a fennel salad. The dining room has a cellar-like feel, with a patio out back for warmer nights.
