The restaurant sits in the hotel's courtyard, under century-old olive trees and swaths of white fabric strung over a reflecting pool. The kitchen leans coastal Mediterranean — a prosciutto and burrata starter comes with grilled sourdough from Santa Monica's Jyan Isaac Bread. A reservation gets you a table by the pool; walk-ins tend to land in the front patio or at the bar. Wednesdays bring salsa dancing, and DJs play the courtyard on weekends.
