Rim Talay opened on 2nd Street in the Naples neighborhood; the name translates to "by the sea." It was packed every night from the start, according to the president of the Naples Island Business Association. The menu runs from chicken satay and pineapple fried rice to Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee, for dine-in or takeout, with hours stretching to 10pm on Saturdays.
