Josh and Pam Beadel opened the restaurant in 2013 in a Downtown storefront so run down they had to pull strings of Christmas lights out of the palm trees left by the previous tenant. Uncle Marcee's Omelet Casserole, a family recipe prepped 24 hours ahead and baked to order, anchors a scratch-cooking menu, and potato pancakes stand in for hash browns alongside most entrées. The dining room has hosted regulars' weddings and birthdays, even a few memorials. The full bar opens with the kitchen, pouring cocktails alongside the eggs.
