George’s Greek Café

George Loizides, in the seafood and deli business 48 years, and his daughter Nicky run this Belmont Shore Greek restaurant on recipes drawn from their mother's cookbook — the kleftiko, slow-roasted lamb, gets its own special every Friday. Sotos Kappas plays live Greek music on Thursdays at 7, and a belly dancer performs Saturdays. Spanakopita and saganaki round out the menu, with wine bottles half off on Mondays.
