Chef Jason Ha used to cook Korean soups for his church before opening this strip-mall spot on Western Avenue, where flatscreen TVs run K-pop videos between explainers on the health benefits of the food. The dish on every table is ganjang gaejang, two soy-marinated raw crabs from Korea steeped in boiled onion, scallion and soy sauce; a personal-sized combo adds quail egg over rice, marinated shrimp and nori. There's also a solid bowl of ox-bone soup for anyone who wants theirs cooked.
