The staff does the grilling, so the table just eats while pork cheek and slabs of pork belly caramelize on the grill. A combo for four runs through pork belly, beef short rib and a wagyu carpaccio in yuzu, and the kitchen sends out kimchi fried rice and a spicy hangover ramen alongside. The room gets loud and smells of the grills, and it stays open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
