A Persian pop-up settled into this daylit room on Sunset in March 2024, and owners Cody Ma and Misha Sesar put out kuku sabzi sandwiches, kofteh tabrizi and dampokhtak rice under a turmeric-stained chicken leg. Orders go in at the counter and there are no reservations, so a glass of Persian craft beer with a few mazeh plates works as well here as a full sit-down dinner.
